The numbers have been crunched and show conclusively that the risk of drinking raw milk is miniscule compared to the risk of eating contaminated luncheon meat and other foods. These days everyone knows that eating food from factory farmed large-scale agribusiness is dangerous and that you are better off eating food from a small local operation. This is despite the frantic effort of the mainstream media to keep a constant barrage of glossy images to promote their dead and disgusting garbage. This latest press release by Kimberly Hartke points out how the amount of money used to discredit small family dairies is unproportionate to the danger the public faces from raw milk. Here in Canada a couple years ago there were several deaths from processed meats and yet the company is still operating without constant harassment.
