I’m having a terrible time with the our internet right now–is it the sun flares or the crazy storm we just had? Perhaps it is because I am trying to watch the Weston A. Price Foundation’s dietary guidelines as well. I don’t know but, please forgive me if this post is unrefined…

It’s been a bit of a hectic week, but I have managed to finally break through on a couple of projects I have been working on for what seems like years now! I just got a beautiful burgundy massage table and have started doing biodynamic craniosacral therapy sessions. This is a huge breakthrough for me, so I am very excited.
