Plethora of Health Benefits From Castor Oil

I have recently started using castor oil for various issues. I find that it is very helpful when rubbed on the abdomen for cramps and digestive issues — especially since I contracted typhoid in Myanmar. I also like to rub it into my feet and massage my legs with it, it is really helpful for your lymphatic system, therefore, it is best to rub upwards to help with the lymph flow. The following is a very in depth look at Castor Oil by Dr. David G Williams which also gives recipes for making Castor Oil packs at the end.
