hellaD is the avatar personality behind Hella Delicious which is a champion of the delicious food culture revolution. hellaD is multifaceted–made up of many different individuals from around the world, sharing their traditional food rituals. Some of these people are unable to speak for themselves because of language barriers, lack of technology, no time, or because they are afraid of what will happen to them if they tell their story.
