A quick and easy way to make a smoker on the fly. Indoctrinex drills, whittles and organizes wood-chips, a garbage can and a hotplate….Spice is rubbed into legs of turkey and lamb-the smoker gets busy as hungry fans observe.
By the way, for everyone watching this. Since this video various issues with this method have been pointed out to me. One of these being that we should have given the can a good wash at the very least before using it! Uggh.
