Coconut Water for Health, Beauty, Longevity and More

I am reposting this summary of Bruce Fife’s article on the health benefits of coconut water here because we have had to take them down from the Cocospure website since the FDA is getting even more crazy than it previously was, they don’t even allow you to say that coconut water is hydrating, in fact they are currently copying the EU and won’t even allow you to say water is hydrating! Although they are happy to allow pharmaceutical companies to blast their ads for their pills at you from every angle possible. Truly sickening. On a side note, I will say that the best way to get your coconut water is fresh from a tree in the tropics. If you can’t I have found that coconut water makes a great probiotic and making pasteurized coconut water into coconut kefir is a great way to be sure you get the best from your coconut water.
