Hi Daniela,
Thanks so much for your question!

I have never personally used rose hip powder in tablets myself, I like to get my own rose hips (foraged or dried) and make a syrup or jam with them, so I can't tell you what you should do with your tablets precisely! But-when I am using rose hip syrup, I don't feel any need to limit it, I like to make sure I get a spoonful a day and I generally will take a spoonful whenever I remember if I start feeling under the weather. I have heard with vitamin C that it is good to take it continuously throughout the day in low doses, but I don't know for sure how that would or if it does translate to rose hip tablets.

A good thing to do is to try to be aware of any digestive changes or other reactions you experience when taking the rose hips. It is good practice anyway to learn to listen to your body and get to know the language it speaks. Diarreha might be something that you get if you are taking too much, but with rosehips there isn't going to be a dangerous level other than what your own body might tell you. If there are other fillers in the tablets, they could also cause you trouble that is unrelated to the rose-hips as well.

Hope this helps a little!
