Honey-Citrus Dressing

Raw Honey-Citrus Dressing

This is simple, and the flavor different from what might be expected from the two ingredients. Originally from A Book of Honey (Oxford Paperbacks) by Eve Crane.

  • liquid honey
  • juice of orange, lemon or any other citrus fruit

For use on ice cream or other desserts try equal proportions:

  • 2 T of each honey and citrus

For fish or savory dishes try:

  • 1T honey to 3T lemon juice

Adjust to your taste. Use raw buckwheat honey for a powerfully nourishing boost.
