Souffle of Apples
- 6 apples
- 2 egg whites
- sugar
- milk or light cream
Method:
Bake apples until soft. Mash through sieve.
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry and fold in strained apples.
Put mixture in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Serve with milk or light cream.
