This sophisticated hand-tossed salad is a signature Myanmar dish. Not only is it simple, delicious and quick to prepare but it is also inexpensive. Dice it to create a tasty bruchetta topping. Ingredients: tomatoes, onions, garlic and turmeric oil, cabbage, peanuts, lime, coriander, sesame seeds, fish sauce or salt and green chilis.
