I love the article and it was so great to work side by side with you and share our experiences. You are right the relationships that you build in a kitchen are great. That’ s so awesome!! What a great place, it sounds exactly like what you’ve been wanting… everything about it, from the international people to the female owner, to the respect and collegiality among the people!! So perfect! I hope that you have other opportunities to go back and work there sometime! I agree…. anything that puts a bunch of people that are interested in the same thing, and doing it, whether it be sports or hiking, or cooking or any other kind of job… it makes it so much easier and more fun to get to know each other without the small talk =) Glad to hear all that thanks for sharing!
